The location—right at Columbus Circle—is unbeatable, with every essential service, mass transit option, and retail convenience just steps from the front door. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. From the Nice Stay leasing team to the doormen and building superintendent, every interaction was professional, kind, and focused on making my stay comfortable. The well-appointed gym and beautifully landscaped courtyard offered the perfect balance of activity and relaxation—an outdoor oasis in the heart of the city. If I were shopping for a pied-à-terre, this building and location would top my list. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and I highly recommend both the property and the team behind it.”

“The apartment is in a great location in Manhattan. There are several metro stops nearby, central park is literally across the street and plenty of restaurants and shops close as well, while being in a very quiet area. The doormen are very kind and helpful, and the apartment itself is practical and spacious (especially for being NYC!). Despite having a hospital nearby, there are double windows so the noise is really kept to a minimum! I’d recommend staying in this apartment and hope we can be back next time we’re in town! Thank you!”

There are electronic window shades that make it easy to get privacy when you need it but this sometimes means choosing between natural light and privacy. It was so nice to walk out the door every day, cross the street, and be in Central Park. I will absolutely try to stay here again the next time I’m in the city.”
