How do I book a Nice Stay?
Can I do a tour?
Our stays are typically booked back-to-back, so tours can be tricky. But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with high-quality photos, detailed floor plans, and even video tours of many of our spaces. Occasionally we may be able to accomodate a tour depending on the stay legnth on the current booking window.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?

We run a credit report for guests requesting stays of 60 days or more.

What’s the check-out process like?
Please ensure keys are returned to the doorman by 10 AM on your check-out date. Security deposits will then be returned within 14 days of check-out.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Check-In:
In order to receive a full refund, guests must cancel their reservation: (1) within 48-hours of booking, AND (2) at least 28-days prior to check-in.
Cancellation After Check-In:
If a guest cancels their reservation after check-in (a/k/a during their stay) AND has 30+ days left on their reservation, then the guest will be responsible to pay for each day of their stay (including the day they check-out) PLUS an additional 30 days.
No cancellations are allowed for stays with less than 30-days remaining on the reservation.
