How do I book a Nice Stay?

Our direct booking website makes reserving your stay as simple as possible. Just pick the dates you’d like and you’ll get connected to our booking team.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

Yes, we require a $1,000 security deposit before your stay. (On direct deals only)

Do you run a credit or background check?

Does Nice Stay NYC own its own apartments?

Yes! We both own and manage all of our short-term rentals.

What’s included in the monthly fee?

Our monthly fee covers the fully-furnished apartments, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryers (in select units), package delivery services, and building amenity usage, where applicable.

When and how do I pay?

What is the pet policy?

We allow pets, but there is a $500 pet fee.

What’s the check-in process like?

During Your Stay
After the booking is confirmed and paid, you would pick up the keys from the doorman on your arrival date after 3pm. Before you arrive, you will need to complete and sign both a pre-arrival form and a license agreement.

Can I have my packages delivered?

We accept package deliveries, but not regular mail. For regular mail service, we recommend using a local PO Box at either a USPS or local shipping store.

Can I use the building amenities?

During Your Stay
Yes! For our buildings equipped with amenities, you are free to use the fitness center and other building amenities. Additionally, all buildings have full laundry rooms, which you can utilize at a cost.

Do you provide housekeeping services?

During Your Stay
We do not, but you can book through us if you’d like this service for $250/visit.

Can I potentially extend my stay?

Yes, depending on availability of the unit. Inquire with our booking team for details.

What’s the check-out process like?

Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the doorman. Security deposits will then be returned within 14 days of check out.
