A $1,000 security deposit is required for all bookings made through our direct booking website or through VRBO. The security deposit will be returned, less any damages, within 14 days of vacating the apartment.

Pursuant to NYC law, this apartment may be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet and we will promptly get back to you regarding approval. If your pet is approved, a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 will be charged. The foregoing does not apply to registered service animals.

We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in the same condition that it was in upon move-in. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies if the apartment is left in poor condition.

Cancellation Before Check-In: In order to receive a full refund, guests must cancel their reservation: (1) within 48-hours of booking, AND (2) at least 28-days prior to check-in.

Cancellation After Check-In:

If a guest cancels their reservation after check-in (a/k/a during their stay) AND has 30+ days left on their reservation, then the guest will be responsible to pay for each day of their stay (including the day they check-out) PLUS an additional 30 days.

No cancellations are allowed for stays with less than 30-days remaining on the reservation.
